We offer multiple shipping options across India, along with international shipping to eligible destinations.

Domestic Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping
- Standard shipping is free across India.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery takes approximately 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Express Shipping
- Express shipping is available in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
- Shipping charge: ₹180.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
- Delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days from dispatch.
Same-Day Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available in Delhi NCR only.
- Orders must be placed before 4 PM.
- Shipping charge: ₹350.
- Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next working day.
Same-Day delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays. Orders received on these days will be delivered on the next working day.
In Case of Partial COD
- Partial COD is available on domestic orders, subject to serviceability. Shipping depends on the option selected at checkout.
- A 10% advance payment is required when placing the order. The remaining amount is payable at delivery.
- A ₹100 COD fee applies on all COD orders.
- Partial COD is not available for international orders.
The 10% advance payment is non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery or the order is returned due to the customer's refusal to accept it.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, recipient unavailability or refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for a refund. Any applicable re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
We make 2–3 delivery attempts to ensure that your order reaches you successfully. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at the time of placing your order are accurate, and that someone is available to receive the package.
If you have entered an incorrect address or phone number, or are unable to receive your order, please contact us at contactnefs@gmail.com at the earliest.
Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to change or update the delivery address or contact details.
Re-shipping of Returned Orders
- If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts and you wish to have the order re-shipped, a re-shipping fee of ₹100 for Standard Shipping will be applicable.
- For Express or Same-Day Delivery, the applicable re-shipping fee will be charged based on the actual shipping charges for the selected delivery service.
International Shipping
International orders are prepaid only and are delivered within approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Dubai, UAE, Oman & Sri Lanka
- Up to ₹10,000: ₹1,000
- Above ₹10,000: ₹2,000
Rest of the World
- Up to ₹7,500: ₹2,000
- ₹7,501–₹12,000: ₹3,500
- ₹12,001–₹15,000: ₹4,500
- Above ₹15,000: ₹6,000
International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges & Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched or delivered, as applicable.
The ₹100 COD fee is also non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
