Domestic ( within India ) Shipping:

• Standard Shipping : Orders are delivered in 5-9 working days and are ₹100
• Express Shipping : Orders are delivered in 2-4 working days and are ₹350. Please note as mentioned at checkout - we are only currently shipping Express for Delhi NCR and Mumbai orders.
• Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
• Prioritising orders are on a case to case basis.
• Our team will not be liable for any courier related delays.
• In case an express order doesn't reach within promised timelines - we will refund the extra amount paid for express shipping.

 
International Shipping:

• Orders are delivered in 1-3 weeks, depending on the country.
• Shipping rates are calculated as per number of products ordered and country of delivery.
• Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
• Incase there is a mistake/defect in shipment, we will provide a store credit as we are unable to replace international orders.
• You will get automated email updates regarding the status of your order.
• Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence. 
• Nef's Finds is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay – for any international order.
